The awe-inspiring views from the 14th floor spa room made our stay truly remarkable, complemented by the relaxing whirlpool tub. Minor issues with room service weren't enough to overshadow the tranquility of the location.

Wellness facilities, Panorama rooms with scenic views, Bicycle rentals
The location is very hard to reach without a long walk, and it's frustrating that the staff's customer service skills need significant improvement!!! The room lighting is far too dim for comfort.

Exceptional spa experience and fantastic staff!
I had a marvelous time staying here, particularly enjoying the wellness facilities. The private sauna and jacuzzi in my room were a delightful touch, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff made my boyfriend's birthday extra special with a thoughtful note and drinks voucher, which truly enhanced our experience. However, I would have loved to have bathrobes readily available for the spa visits.

The room was modern and comfortable, with excellent views. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, providing a great place to unwind after a busy day. The bar food was lovely. I particularly enjoyed sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the water. The location, while not in the city center, was a short walk away, and I found Ubers to be an affordable option for commuting.

Couples seeking relaxation, maybe not your best pick
The wellness panorama room was a real game-changer for our stay—jacuzzi and sauna? Yeah, that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the staff were pretty accommodating, helped us figure out our dinner plans without a hitch.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the amenities, I guess it was alright.
