The location is very hard to reach without a long walk, and it's frustrating that the staff's customer service skills need significant improvement!!! The room lighting is far too dim for comfort.

Exceptional spa experience and fantastic staff!
I had a marvelous time staying here, particularly enjoying the wellness facilities. The private sauna and jacuzzi in my room were a delightful touch, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff made my boyfriend's birthday extra special with a thoughtful note and drinks voucher, which truly enhanced our experience. However, I would have loved to have bathrobes readily available for the spa visits.

The wellness panorama room was a real game-changer for our stay—jacuzzi and sauna? Yeah, that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the staff were pretty accommodating, helped us figure out our dinner plans without a hitch.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the amenities, I guess it was alright.
