The wellness panorama room was a real game-changer for our stay—jacuzzi and sauna? Yeah, that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the staff were pretty accommodating, helped us figure out our dinner plans without a hitch.

I stayed in a Spa Room and absolutely loved the private sauna and jacuzzi, which provided the perfect relaxation after exploring the city. The buffet breakfast was superb, with a variety of fresh pastries and organic juices to start the day. The views from my room were breathtaking, offering a stunning perspective of the canals.

I had a marvelous time staying here, particularly enjoying the wellness facilities. The private sauna and jacuzzi in my room were a delightful touch, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff made my boyfriend's birthday extra special with a thoughtful note and drinks voucher, which truly enhanced our experience. However, I would have loved to have bathrobes readily available for the spa visits.

The room was modern and comfortable, with excellent views. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic, providing a great place to unwind after a busy day. The bar food was lovely. I particularly enjoyed sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the water. The location, while not in the city center, was a short walk away, and I found Ubers to be an affordable option for commuting.

Consider renting bikes for local exploration, but check if they have baskets for convenience. It's a fun way to see the area!

The location is very hard to reach without a long walk, and it's frustrating that the staff's customer service skills need significant improvement!!! The room lighting is far too dim for comfort.
